Sound Bath
Gregg & Gina
When attending this class, there is the option for you to receive hands on Reiki, or have it channeled energetically to you. You can find a comfortable position, seated or laying down, to experience the waves of sound flowing through your vessel. Reiki is universal and unconditional love energy that aligns the body back into its natural healed state. The energy of the earth finds the natural centers within the body to promote and establish well-being. Sound healing vibrates to release the trauma and illness that the body has gone through, this prepares the vessel to receive and repair using healing love channeled through Reiki...

Carly Stevens
I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and began teaching in 2017. I was trained at Commune Yoga in Seattle as a student of their Awakening Yoga Academy. Specializing in adaptable / accessible yoga, I strive to offer a safe and gentle environment to reconnect to your body and calm the busy mind.
My Monday and Thursday classes are for beginners or those seeking a gentler practice or recovering from injury but I offer options for those who’d like to do a bit more. The goal being to build mobility and stability on and off the mat. My Tuesday morning class offers a more dynamic practice to build strength and endurance. Tuesday evening is a gentler strength-building class tailored and adapted to each individual who attends.
All classes welcome all levels of students. Our studio provides all the props and materials needed to insure we find the best version of each pose for your unique, strong body. It is a joy and privilege to serve this amazing community. Please feel free to email or text me prior to class if you have any questions or concerns!

Groove unites us in simple rhythms and moves. You do it in your body's way, it doesn't have to look a certain way, or even good, it doesn't have to even make sense...it just has to feel good!! We all get to express and explore our own unique way and we all should look different, cause we are all different!

Brandy and Erika met on the Forest Grove High School Dance Team in 1998. They were team mates for 2 years and best friends. They both went on to coach and teach after high school and re-connected in 2015 when they started coaching the Vikettes together. They both have the same passion for guiding, mentoring, coaching, and teaching dance to kids. Six months later, they were opening a dance studio. In the years that they have coached together, they have made a significant impact on the lives of many dancers and plan on continuing to build their program for years to come!
